ABOUT OUR GROOMER

Charlotte is a trained, qualified Vet Nurse and has worked in Vet Clinics as well as horse stables, both in New Zealand and Australia.
She is also qualified with a Diploma in Dog Grooming, undertaking her practicle training in Brisbane. Charlotte is passionate about caring for animals, and endevours to provide an enjoyable professional service for both you and your cat or dog 🐾.

To Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment:

For cancellation with 48 hours notice given: No Charge.

If the cancellation is within 48 hours of the appointment, the fee will be:

·        1st appointment: 50% of the groom per dog if the appointment cannot be filled.

·        2nd appointment: the full cost of the groom if the appointment cannot be filled.

·        3rd appointment: the groom will need to be pre-paid.
